Now I havent messed with PAL versions of the xbox but I can't see them to be much different than the NTSC versions.  Except I've heard reports about after going into xbox live that the PAL box's come out with a different kernel.  Truth to this I dunno.

BUT...

The 007/Mech assault fix should work.  It doesnt matter how you get the save game to the xbox.  Just make sure you put it on the XBox's hard drive and load the save game from the hard drive.

I have a friend with a chipped xbox and a cross-thingy cable. how do they copy to my harddrive without knowing the ip address of my xbox? sorry for being new and asking thesequestions but everyone was new once

get him to ftp it to his then copy it to a mem card.... (£5 at the car boot sales) then save it on yours...
or do the swap trick ....
you cant ftp to an unmodded box....i dont think
