I'm attempting to load HDDLoader onto my Xbox so that I can backup a game.

In the archive there is an .iso which I extract.

I take the filles, put them in an app sub folder and reboot the xbox. When I HDD loader it just sits at the loading screen.

I tried to sign it xbedump -font, but I get the same results.

Anyone get it working?
