free-xevox is a signed evox right, so if i used complex loader as the dash, i woulnd't have to use that one right, all i'd have to do is use the original.

And when i do put the evox into the c:/, do i rename xboxdash.xbe or leave it as default.xbe ... or does it matter with those bert and ernie files ?

and to answer your post...
it has to be default.xbe, and dont use the complex loader unless you have the only kernel that it works with...
