Strange Problem

I was messing around in Avalaunch today trying to download skins,didn't have much luck.Well I selected something in Avalauch that switched me to pal1 and then rebooted my xbox and now it is in black and white with no verticle hold so I can't even get on evox.The screen just keeps on flashing buy.Anyone have this problem I would appreciate any kind of help thanks.Oh buy the way I have a 1.0 xbox with an xchip and am running 1.3 bios with evox 3935.

from what you have said it looks like you have switched the video mode in avalunch to PAL , you should be able to get it back to your video mode by going into the bios setup on boot and choose System / standard eeprom scroll down to TV Mode and change to your TV mode setting.
If you cant see the screen to get into setup, then you can do this, have the xbox off and hold down the black button on the usb adaptor while you boot the xbox (keep holding it down for about 10-20 secs) this will restore your eeprom settings (which include original video mode) when you 1st installed evox V1.3 bios.

After this happen I tried to install 1.3 and it did nothing to help.I did as you said and no luck.The screen keeps on flashing buy so fast I am at a loss on what to do.

Not sure how I did it but got into Avalunch and fixed the pal settings.Thanks for the response PaulY^. You took the time and your #1 in my book mate
