Well I do not know how you usually install the files...

I guess you do not install them via a 007 linux... If you would you would
have gzip/gunzip tools. Well and I think the other tools could be changed
to support gzipped files, too... Maybe 1-2 hours work for the authors of
"boxplorer" ??? (i never used it)

So I say again, you cannot put compressed files on a memory card.

Well I have the stuff on my memorycard right now.

I have a minilinux, the new font hack and the 007 sploit on a standard
MS memorycard. *** Impossible, isnt it? ***

You're full of shit. The 007 save hacks will overwrite eachother if you try to put them all on one memory card.

I suppose they're not all save hacks, but what did you put them on the memory card with?

Ok, I assumed you copied them to your E partition via FTP, and then onto a memory card from the MS Dash, but..

Your files combined must be less than 8MB.

They aren't compressed on the card unless you have .rar or other compressed file types within the 007 save hack directory structure, which would only make them useless on the Xbox side of things without FTP anyways.

This would make them pointless and best saved on your PC to send to the Xbox via FTP later.

So if you signed apps with the xbedump's "-font" feature, would they work?

I can't confirm, but I suspect this new release won't reset when you eject, meaning, the ejectfix is in effect.

You can put compressed data on a memory card. You just need to be able to decompress on the Xbox itself to be of use, which I don't think there is any utilities available.

Exactly my point.

It would be nice if it were possible somehow, but as of now, EvoX dash can only be scripted to copy files, not extract them.
