To Clear Things Right Up

There are a few things that are still quite uncertain with this exploit:

1. There are a lot of talks of the clock causing infinite loops. As there are so many versions of the exploits out there (freeevox, pheonix, !Loader, Bert is cheating on...etc) which one has this problem? Is it all of them, or is it just Bert Cheating?

2. Which version of the exploit grants access to F drive? After reading the stickies, I am under the impression that only !Loader and Pheonix Evox do.

I am sure there are more questions, but these are the only one i can think of at the moment.
