4817 Kernel...any Exploits Work?

Do any exploits work on 4817 kernel??

I use bert and ernie xtf's from xploits.rar and default.xbe and evox.ini from BICOE.rar on my 3944 kernel xbox


my friend has a 4817 kernel xbox and I am wondering if anyone has got the exploit to work on it and which zips or rar files did you use?

so I could use the same bert and ernie files from Xploit.rar (the rar with the default.xbe thats 28kb) and a default.xbe and evox.ini from Free-XEvox or BICOE.rar on the 4817 kernel as long as I sign the XBE's?

i've got the 4817 too, and if i use this trick will i be able to uninstall it later to get a newer version of these !loader-programs, or will i be stuck with that version forever?

It is an urban legend that the original bert and ernie hack does not
work on all dashboards. There is just one argument against the use
of the old dashboards. They do not have the font directory and place
the fonts into the root dir of the dashboard partition. Unfourtunately
some games use the fonts from the root dir. So with the font hack
you maybe fuck these games, too. So the new dash with the fonts
directory is more suited for your needs...
