oh ok, the tutorials i found didnt talk about having to sign the complex loaders xbe...
thanks ill try and and reply with the results!

btw, i made a bat file for doing it so i dont have to open dos every time

ok, it loads the loader and text scrolls on the bottom left of the screen and then it just sits there at a black screen blinking the red light...

hmm, ill look at taht cfg file...
the !loader folder is in the root...

sorry for all the trouble but im just a lowly noob, but im gona make a tutorial(something im good at) explainign everything, like i said...

it says something about patch applied at the bottom left and then it scrolls some text so fast i cant read it and then goes to a black screen

hmm, it jsut restarted my xbox just now too... i pressed eject and it restarted...

the message board apaprently took out all the slashes in that quote...

Sorry the complex.cfg file now belongs in the !Loader folder.

yeah im pretty sure, its a v1 produced before december 01 so its like the first xbox type made...

ok it goes to a black screen when u load it eh? what are u trying to load could be a unsuported media check or something like that
