sorry guys those problems i do not know how to solve.  i would bet that the hard drives are still locked

and hdc51 is a partition on the xbox hard drive

hdxx in linux is something connected to an ide channel whether it be a cd-rom, dvd-rom, or hard drive

there is one thing i want to mention: i have gotten in the past 3 days over 50 emails of people asking how to get xlinux, i am ignoring all of them because it is mentioned on this board numerous times and if u would just go look for it u would find it.   i am not gonna say it cause i am not sure if i can on here or not, so i wont, but if u want to find it search on the board.  i am tired of my email space getting filled up by people that dont look on the board first.

Hey Khirok!

Do you know how can I access the E partition in the Xbox HDD from xlinux?
So I can send my media HD to HD instead of FTPing

my bet it would be the partition hdc52, not sure though

to get there type mount -t fatx /dev/hdc52 /xbox

if that doesnt work try the others with the extension hdc5* and try those

unless you've got some crazed anti-M$ junkie pointing a gun to your head preach the 101 ways of how bill gates is the devil's lil fluffer.

xlinux is only 12 megs .. it was still manageable on my dialup. jesus if you want something done then do it not bitch about how easy it HAS to be.
