Time Error "thing-a-magig"
« on: July 09, 2003, 09:24:00 PM »

I unplugged my xbox at 11:30 AM, I replugged it back in at 10:15 PM and to my delight there was no endless loop. Yes thats right almost 12 hours unplugged and no loop! Well this is what I had done I had done kragens tutorial on how to use the original MS dashboard and told the evox.ini where the good dashboard is, also I set all the time related things such as jump if no link to no. Im not sure which one caused this not to loop, but I dont really care as long as it didn't loop.

More people should try unplugging there xbox and post here with there results Im gonna try this again overnight unplugged 10:40PM replugded: not yet. And again I want to thank Kraken, he might be a n00b post wise but his posts are 100% non-n00b and oh yea Free-X for the exploit and Habbibi who started it all. I'll post back when I replug in the xbox.

It went right to Evox so I thought that it might have not been off for a long enough time so Im gonna try it again for at least 12 hours.

The first thing to load is always the original dashboard, so wouldnt it try adjusting the time before the exploit kicks in?

K I replugged in my xbox so from 10:40PM to 8:40PM thats 22 hours and when I boot up it goes straight to Evox, but whats messed up is that it says the time is 12/05/8907 10:50AM yea thats right the year 8907!!! Im not pulling anyones leg here. So I would like to officialy say if you  did what I did there should be no fear of the loop.
