i asked this before and they said to flash the tsop and switch the HD, i had no idea what they were saying to me.

They were telling you to flash the onboard BIOS with a hacked BIOS.

exactly what i was asking in my previous post because it also states the HD upgrade in the bert hack for those with a enigmah chip installed.

What they were saying is I don't know the answer so I'll fob you off with the standard reflash your tsop which misses the point.

For whatever reason you might not want to reflash your TSOP
It might go wrong
You might not feel comfortable soldering the 2 points
You might not want to

The phoenix project dynamically patchs the bios in memory (I forsee Dashboards doing this in future to eliminate the need to reflash bios) it adds support for larger HD's it should work on chipped and unchipped xbox's a like, I'm guessing your enigmah needs a hacked 4034 kernal flashed to work.

Good luck don't give up it will work (At least for some of you) and remember most people here are a bit to quick to bandy the same solutions around.

I'd leave it a week and search back here for help when the influx of newbie posts has died down a bit and then search again.
