Problem Burning Exploit

Alright, here is what Ive tried.

Patch the exox xbe file with xbeddump, burn using nero....No work
"                                                          ", make xiso using xiso, burn with nero... No work
"                                                          "                                 ", burn with xiso... no work
download mechwarrior deal, burn with everything above, no work
downloaded a premade xiso of evox with the exploit and nothing.

Im attempting to burn onto Imation CD-r 80 min, on a hp cdr/rw. any ideas?
