End of the Day, Yes this will make Backed Up game to be run on more console, but the people that would do this anyway would be doing so via a mod chip.....
I can see how we can all sit here and moan about this 'not being a good thing' in retrospec i feel its better, as it will take away the 'Middle Man' the ModChipper's, They are the ones that permote piracy, there the ones the advertise 'Plays backups' there the one that earn money from it....
Sure a pirate earns a bit of Cash from ppl that are willing to pay £5/£10 for a Copy'd game... But End of the Day, theres always been warez Scene.. there always will be!

I shall sit here and tell you i have a xx Number of XBOX Copy'd Games.. And yes i did sell my Gamecube so i could by a Xbox that was ModChipp'd, but not cos i wanted to get game cheaper... I dont even play many of the XBOX game i have..
i use my xbox for XBMP ... sure ill get slated for saying i use backups, but please guys... a modchips BIGGEST selling point is the fact that you can play backups...
If anything this new Expliot will only worry MS due to the fact that it could cause Cheats in its XBLive Network.. XBLive will be the make or break of the xbox...
all big online gamers want is a network and a system that can garentee 100% fair game play. Up till 4th of july MS had that...

End of the Day you cant moan at the easier soloution if you have a modchip! cos end of the day we have done just the same via hardware! for what ever reasons.
