Don't delete anything from C - that's where your softmod is. You might actually want to redo the softmod so you have shadow C protection, to make it safe against accidental file deletion.
Your E partition has all of the XBMC files and folders in the root (because of the way you installed it as a dash), so most of what is there is necessary. To make it cleaner, you might want to reinstall XBMC in a directory, then use the XBMC shortcut (renamed evoxdash.xbe) to point to your XBMC installation. It also makes it easier to upgrade XBMC by installing the next version in parallel in a new directory, then once it's working just point the shortcut to the new version.
Yes, your Q drive is fine. I've never worked out why in detail, but XBMC does that.
With games, you create a game directory e.g. F:\Games\, then add it as a program source in XBMC.
Not sure how you deal with emulator ROMS in XBMC, but there are loads of threads in the emulator and XBMC forums that should help.
