I bet you are new to modding, you got action replay, your exploitable game, your save, ready to dive into the world of modding!

Too bad your memory card isn't being detected by action replay!

You updated to version 1.40, yet it still won't work!

Here is what you do.

Open up control panel, switch the option view to classic.

Scroll to the icon that is labeled "system"

Double click that, a window will pop up, click on the hardware tab.

Click on the option labeled "Device Manager"

Scroll down that list of devices, you will see a tab labled "Other devices" that is already expanded and you will see "USB Key" as an option, or something similar to that.

Right click that device, and click update driver.

Click the bubble next to "No, not this time."

Click the bubble next to "Install from a list or specific location"

Click the bubble next to "Search for the best driver in these locations", and click the box next to "Include location in the search:", and browse to the drivers folder of your action replay installation, in this case, as yours probably is, mine is: C:\Program Files\Datel\Action Replay XBOX\Drivers

After you do that, click "Next"

Your memory card will be detected and the drivers will install.

After the drivers are finished open action replay, copy over that save, and mod your xbox!
