Hey all, its a bit old but i just came on the idea about flashing my xbox1 But are there any custom firmwares for the Phillips drive?, i searched on google but could not find it

Can you guys help me?, i found much nice info on this site so i thought i'm gonna ask here

some info about the xbox  

Non-modded xbox
using MS Dashboard (I dont know wich version, im gonna look tomorrow, havent been on it for years, more info about the dashboard tomorrow if its needed)

questions :

Are there any firmwares to flash the Xbox Phillips CD/DVD driver?
Are there any ways to flash the CD/DVD drive at all? (I only found about flashing your xbox Bios)
How can i connect on my xbox with ftp or other ways so i can look at the hard disk?

Hope you guys can give me some more info

there was a means to flash the samsung drive but it was never made public (it was basically a proof-of-concept for 360 modding)

the primary way to mod xbox1 is to load a hacked bios, either via modchip or TSOP flash, this is required for FTP access anyway

check the tutorials in the pinned thread here for info on flashing the TSOP

Ok, but now i used an other style with AR, but i got some problems with AR, it doesnt find anything?

I Made a XBox USB Cable by myself, do i need to use other software or something?

can anyone help me?

Thanks for this info but i got to say "i already knew this"

i know the Splintercell, Assault and another game can make it work, but i need to know how i can put files on my USB stick when my xbox already erased it.

I tryed with my psp, XBox erased it and my pc saw that the psp was connected, but i could not get acces to my psp anymore

the big question for me : How can i put files on a "Xbox erased" USB stick / PSP

1. Do you want to copy files over to the FATX usb stick? Use xplorer360.
2. Do you want to revert back to normal FAT32 for the usb stick? Google for "HP USB Disk Format".

Will xplorer360 works for orig XBox to?

xplorer360 allows PC to read original xbox FATX formatted memory card/usb stick.

I reformatted my psp with my xbox, plugged into my pc, started xplore360 but he said he cant find FATX drive,,,   anymore help?

It has to be a USB stick or a xbox mem card you cant use mem cards like Sony Duo Card.

you could just buy a cheap mem card off ebay and use that or find a friend with one.

then you make a cable for you pad and use that as a AR like i done.

ahha thanks man, i already asked my dad for usb stick.

he get some stick of 256 mb/1gb from his job.

not all usb sticks work, you have to make sure its one the MS dash will read and format as a mem card

if it doesnt work i can ask one of you guys wich one you used (if you used a usb device) and buy the same if its still possible

Back again :<

I use now a USB device that works, i copy'ed SID 5 and SID 5 SC PAL save game to my xbox HDD

But now, when i start splintercell, press start game, Linux, Checkpoint, my xbox get stuck at that point (he doesnt start the SID 5 installer i guess)

can someone help me with this too?

If your going to use a softmod use Krayzie Ndure Installer this is the best one i have used and the one i would recommend.

i think there is a SP save in there as i used the 007 one but this is by far the best softmod to date.

also not sure if this will help with the Krayzie Ndure Installer you need to start a game then quit and then load the save but as i said this was the 007 version.

I used diffrent installers, SID 5, Krayzie's Uxe installer, SlaYer's EvoX installer, and some more

Used with Splintercell and didnt worked.

do you think it will work with Krayzie's Ndure installer ?, then i will test it
