Help With Softmod.installer.deluxe.v2.0.XS Filter - Links to Xbox Ware

I Downloaded the Softmod.Installer.Deluxe.v2.0.XS Filter - Links to Xbox Warez and Torrents ** from xbins  and im having trouble getting it onto my memory card useing action reply

I have tried to drag and drop the save file into action reply dident work (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
I have tried to put the files into C:\Program Files\Datel\Action Replay XBOX\Saves, didn't reconise them (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Help Me Please =D

I Have Fixed This Problem Now

Changed Region to Europe
