Dell 128 Mb Usb Stick Compatibility With Xbox 1.6?

well I would still like an answer but Ive successfully put the xbox in error 12 and hot swapped.  that after a failed attempt of playing a copied song on the hd and pausing it. ( didnt unlock the hd as per instructions)

but ya I will be doing 3 xbox softmods (hopefully) and will need some help as to why my dell 128 wont work right.  and yes I checked the list and it is right on there. is it because of xbox version 1.6?

I heard that only official Xbox memory cards work with the 1.6 xboxs, and that the USB flash drives won't work.
