Soft Mod Game No Work

Hello i recently softmodded an xbox and backed up some of my games onto the harddisk but some games dont work like counterstrike brothers in arms call of duty 3 and midtown madness.

Please help me!

what are you using to back up the games? If you are not using dvd2xbox i would download the latest copy and see if that fixes your problem.
