Is the Creative MuVo v100 1GB MP3 Player compatible to use instead of the xbox memory card to save the "Run Linux" exploit for XBMC?

If I use it will it make the mp3 player useless?

I saw that the Creative MuVo TX FM 256mb MP3 Player was compatible and the list didnt mention the v100 as working or not. I'm mostly concerned about ruining my mp3 player.
