2: it isn't related to softmods. it is related how your softmod is setup or what package was used.

but since you allready have a softmod you could just ftp a new softmod in there.

there are some walkthroughs for the Ndure PC installer which you could use to replace your hd contents with on the xbe exploits forums.

Another option would be to use the rescue disc in my latest installer to restore the xbox to stock. then you could remod it using splinter cell.

You could get CASH Ver 1.1 to upgrade the softmod to Krazie's Ndure 1.1.1. When you do that it will ask you what game you want to use to run the exploit. Choose SC.

Burn it to a disk then run it from your dash. It has step by step instructions on screen. There is a read me too. Cerealkilla did an excellent job with it.

Now the programs, apps and emulators that were working arent working now. The programs that are still left are acting up on me now, stuttering, sound and graphical issues. Is there a way to ftp certain files off so I can unmod it and remod it with the SC mod, and get my dashboard, games and emus to work properly again?

I really need some help, I don;t want an expensive box that doesn't do a thing. To make matters worse, my other pc took a crap on me. I need help while this pc is still running.

you can certainly return it to stock and softmod fresh
you will need to get a copy of the stock MS files (slayers)
run the gamesave and delete everything in C:\ then copy all the MS files to C:\
then make sure the MS dash works
delete everything in E:\ but UDATA
then install softmod

if something goes wrong do not unplug untill it's fixed (as you can allways re-run the gamesave for FTP)
