Pen Drive Not Working With Xbox

Ohh the pen drive is a viking 256mb. I bought it last year and cant seem to find the model.

I have just reformatted the flash drive to FAT32 with OnBelay V2, and the problem still seems to exist. The pen will not allow me to do a low level format either so I think I need another pen drive. The drive is the same as the one in this link HERE
