I have got a 1.6 Box that I am trying to SoftMod...

I use the MechEvox setup from UsEr-X- AKA: Whatup1049.

I get it onto the 1.6 box, then run MechAssault and load the save.

I see the beginning EVOX Graphic (Oval Shape, green with big green X) and then I get the SERVICE REQUIRED ERROR 21 screen..

Hmmmm.. Dat's peculiar...

So, I load up Krayzie's NDure Installer 1.1 for MA...

I get the GameSave onto the 1.6 box, yada yada yada....

As soon as I run the RUN LINUX Game Save, the screen goes black and I get the FRAG with a little yellow in there for variety...

Anyone have an idea what might be at issue???

copied the save to the hd? are you using action replay?

Nope.  I unzipped the UDATA dir and copied it over via the XBOX Memory Module..

I have 2 1.6 XBOXs (XBOXii??? XBOXium??)  

Using Krayzie_Ndure_Installer_v1.1

In that dir, I have:

Extras
MA Save
rescue disk
UDATA


I take the unzipped UDATA/4d530017 from the MA Save dir and copy it over via the XBOX Memory Module.

On one 1.6, the screen goes black and nothing happens.. On the other 1.6, I get a black screen and the LED flashes RED and GREEN with a bit o yellow for contrast...

Now, when I take the 4d530017 dir from the UDATA dir, and run MechAssault and then load the RUN LINUX "campaign" I get a "UNABLE TO LOAD <RUN LINUX> error message on BOTH 1.6 XBOXs....

As it turns out, my files on my PC had been corrupted...

A fresh download of the file and I am on my way.

Just in case anyone else has this problem, check that first..
