If you can, try to launch the game you modded it with (007, MA, or SC). If you can launch it and run the linux save then you will have backdoor access and can FTP to fix anything you need.

If it won't run an original game, it will not run an auto-installer for sure. If you don't have one of the 3 exploit games (friend modded it for you or someone else) then you should try to boot an original first and if that works then try a backup (if you have one) and if a backup boots then try an autoinstaller (Slayers, AID, or CASH). Once you boot an autoinstaller you will have FTP access.

Don't worry about it. I popped in Slayers Evox Auto Installer and FTP'd it. Problem solved.
