Use a slayers boot disk and re-install your m$ dash back.

You should still have soft mod files on so boot your softmod sc ma etc then reinstall your softmod followung the instructions after soft mod is up an running boot soft mod installer from disc again and select uninstall.

I did something simillar which made me recopy m$ dash error 21 when booting.
