Anyone?

It's been a few months and still the problem remains.

I have another working 1.0 Xbox (with krayzies 1.1 i think it is) on loan for a few days, anything i can do with this one to a) get my eeprom back  (so i can use hdm) or B ) hotswap directly and copy dash back??

Any other ideas?

Having another softmodded xbox will not help you one bit.

If you don't have the eeprom to the xbox you need to fix (you said it's yours, you should have stored the eeprom away safely) then you need to hotswap, install a chip, or build an eeprom reader to get the eeprom. Those are your only 3 options.

I don't do hotswapping, but I believe that is what you need to do. I know hotswapping will fix the clock loop error for sure though.

That should work with hotswapping to the softmodded xbox also (sorry I said it wouldn't help, most never hotswap to an xbox but use a PC instead, and most that use an xbox use a chipped one in that case, but a softmodded xbox should be fine to hotswap to).

I'd hotswap it into xboxhdm, with MSDash 6960 files, and the xboxhdm ndure package..  That will get you running with a stable mod that can easily be swiched to a retail state and back..

Sweet, I'm going on holliday today for a week, when i get back I'll give that a stab, seeing as i dont have the dash I shall look in the 'usual' places?

Also, if anyone else has any other ideas I shall also take them into consideration, so do post them
