Softmod Help, Done It But Dashboard Never Loads Up

Hi

What i done :Installed softmod with SC and AR went perfectly

Whats wronge: When xbox i turn on the xbox boots original dash but can now play unsigned code in everyway, backed up games etc

Qeustion 1: What has happend ?

Qeustion 2:How can i make it boot XBMC preferably or evox as a dash

Last note : Many thanks to everyone who help me out and could anyone who posts here PM me as my email notifications dont work (is that a problem with XS ? ) its my second time softmodding but 50millionth time modding
