Hello all.

I have a problem with my softmodded (xboxhdm + NDURE + hotswap), HD upgraded xbox.

I began to have problems with the DVD drive. Sometimes it starts, sometimes not. When it doesn't work, there is no power at all. The tray doesn't open.

So I made a Y-powerwire to split the power to another DVD drive and the HD to be able to boot with the HD even without the DVD drive (I got error 11 else).

Most of the time, I'm able to copy a game before the DVD crashes.
Yesterday, I was copying the game and then it stopped (frozen). I resetted the xbox and then it would not start:

There was the UnleashX logo appearing and disappearing in loop (blinking) without starting.

I decided to put the HD in my computer and rebuild the C-drive with Xboxhdm (option 2).

I relocked it and put it back in the xbox and now when the Xbox logo + Microsoft disappear, I get a black screen and nothing happens.
I tried to boot the original HD, which is also softmodded the same way and unleashx starts.

Does someone know what I can do ? I have games in the F drive and a lots of apps and emulators in the E drive.
