First time modder with SID2 (please don't laugh). Its all run right except i ran the MS5950 patch so i could run the MS dash from the evox dash. (At least i presume what that option does). I hit Backup MS, then ran the patch option. After a reboot, i select the MS dash from evox and nothing loads. Text disappears and leaves background. Have to reboot to escape.
My fear is that i've overwritten the original MS dash backup that i did in the initial softmod by running through the MS5950 patch instructions. I would like to uninstall the mod, and hit the restore MS option - which should get back to original mode and then put on Krazyie's softmod.
Presumably i get Krazyie's softmod on the HD first before i do anything. And then uninstall mod, restore MS and run Krazyie's. Does that sound right?

xbox book.xtf, modified last year
xbox.xtf, modified last year
xboxdash.xbe, modified last month - just after i bought it on ebay as a clean xbox. And probably ran a newish game.
In my E:/Backup folder i've got three folders: Mod, MS and PPF.
I hope my question isn't thought of lazy and is clear enough to warrant a reply.
