I installed Krayie's soft mod, then setup XBMC as default.  Worked great.  I renamed my E:\dashboard\default.xbe to E:\dashboard\default.bak in order to boot to non-xbmc (bios?). Rebooted, and I good to bios/os/unleashX, just like I wanted.

I made couple changes.  I know I changed the font to 5103, and it said it would take effect next reboot.  Also, I enabled 480p.  I don't think I changed anything else.  Upon reboot, I got the MS splash screen, and then black.  Retail discs work fine, but my backup discs don't work.  I don't see the unleashX dashboard, and the FTP service does not seem to be running.

I am sure that I could likely redo the softmod, but I don't have the disc, anymore.  Is there anyway to fix this?  A downloadable rescue disc?
