No Xbl Content Through Softmod

ok, this is something wierd. I have my xbox softmodded through krazies SC installer. have my xbox  connected through the hdtv pack, running xbmc as main dash. ok here at the house i can play halo 2 n the new maps. i took it to my friend house today to link it up. Well i launch it like normal, and see that there are no maps. WTF. Well I got it to work if I launch another dash(unleash x) through xbmc. Not running it in hdtv at my friends.

Is this a bug or what, using XBMC-CVS_2006-10-15-T3CH btw
