Hi wondering if anyone can help,

I softmodded my xbox ages ago using the splinter cell hack and then also fitted in a 120gb hdd, all is running fine but I want to now know how to update to the latest ms dashboard and also whats the latest hacked dashboard I can run and the best and how do I go about doing all this? I am totally lost with all these new hacks as I did this ages ago.

Also I can FlashFXP to the drive no issues and have
