I want to know if

2. How?

      Dash verion (on the Eject menu) is 0.37.1218A Build 543 (also it says my chip id is "CHIP ID = PROTECTED" then under it it has the word "UnleashX" is this the name of the eject emnu?

my bios is reported as "Unknown"
Kernal versoin 1.00.5838.01
Xbox hardware info is 00000200 A3 D4

Other questions I have is
What are the live update settings? (draw open menu)
Do I need to flash my bios to make the trainers work?
