Help With Game Save To Hdd

I and tring to do the soft mod with SC game expiot where do I copy the game save onto Xbox hdd so  that i can copy them onto memory card to be used on my other xbox to be modded.

Also do i copy the 2 save game folders over our the zip files inside or do these flies need to be unzipped first
