Converting File Formats

ive been to some fourms were i have heard people say they were able to convert Action replay files to Gsx (gameshark) format, and i have been to others that say it is possible to load action replay files using the gameshark program and tools like there uploading cord.

ALL I WANAN KNOW iS THIS POSsIBLE AND HOW??
