can't ftp in while krayzies tools menu: to install softmod,backup eeprom,etc. or after installing

i am able to ftp in with krayzies uxe installer before and after install

main screen displays ip 0.0.0.0

using ar and ms card

  I set the ip in settings menu after eeprom backup and in ms dash

[krayzie]

search for ft[ tutorials. the settings are defaulted to dhcp. if you use a direct connection you need a static ip

used it to change config.xml with unleashx dash and I was able to ftp in to maybe "shadow c or virtual c"(read about this somewhere, probably Krayzies threads)

 because when I loaded exploit game I couldn't ftp from softmod menu

If you need a static ip: go to your dashboard (evox or unleashx) go to settings and set your network stuff to whatever you need . then load up your exploitable game and go the the softmod menu and then go to settings and set your netwoirk stuff also. Now all stages in where you come across will have the right network settings so you should be able to keep those settings all the way through.

wanted to set ip to 192.168.0.3 but could only go up to 192.168.0.2**(softmod menu)
