Help Me Out Please Any One!

My friend came over one day and soft modded my xbox becasue i thought it was cool but it is getting annoying.is there any way that i can get it deleted or uninstall becasue i dont wanna worry about getting kicked off and not being able to be around my x box when my little brothers and sister play becasue i am worried about getting kicked off..
