Xboxhd Doesnt Install Bios Or Dashboard

I have a UDE install disk I have been using for a while and the last two times I used it it didnt get to the prompt to use pbl metoo or to select the dashboard. the dashboard doesnt install can anyone think of why this might be happening. After the promt where it says UDE2 and pbl will work with all kernels it says all done after I hit enter.
