Not Sure If This Is The Right Forum

I'm really a total noobie at this, so I don't even know if UXE counts as a game exploit. Anyways, I got the UXE autoinstaller. It has a folder called "english" containing the 007 save, the SC save and the Mechassault save. Back in the root folder, there are 3 .rar files called UXE_Installer_007_final_Adoubeur.rar and then the same for SC and MA.

I read this tutorial which I assume left a lot of stuff out, or I downloaded the wrong file.

Does anyone have a really comprehensive tutorial on softmodding with UXE? Do I burn the installers to a cd that I insert after loading the 007 save game?

download krayzie's uxe gamesave installer off of xbins.  put it on your xbox, load up your game, load the gamesave, follow the onscreen instructions.  Also read the readme that comes with this installer.

well, i can't get krayzie's, because when I try to connect to the Xbins ftp, right away it says I'm banned...when all I did was type the login request.

I do have Softmod installer deluxe though.
