Hurricane Pack Ng Question!

Hey guys!

I have the Hurricane pack and I've already the files resigned and copied to my Hard Disk, but when I try to launch the saved game in the "Load Game" Menu it show me this message:

"THE GAMERTAG YOU HAVE SPECIFIED CANNOT BE FOUND"

What is this?. It is neccesary Xbox Live to play the hurricane pack? or it is possible to play it without Xbox Live?
