I used Krayzie's UXE installer to install EvoX, and that worked great. I went back into the gamesave and added the DVD player, and set up the dualboot to boot to the menu. Right now my problem is that I deleted the gamesave, so taht when I boot with the tray open, I get the Error 21 message. I put the gamesave off my card back on, but now it goes to the menu that comes up before you installed EvoX, and doesn't have the option to remove the dualboot or enable/disable the softmod. Can I manually edit the dualboot setup without the original gamedisk I used to install the mod in the first place (returned it to blockbuster).

Setup:
Boots to Krazie's UXE setup menu when the tray is open.
Boots to EvoX with the tray closed

I want to get rid of the dualboot without the original gamedisk used to run the saved game (exploit)

Help anyone?

ftp in, go to the folder where the gamesave is stored in and rename config.xml to config1.xml and config3e.xml to config.xml.

Haha, I wish that could have been told to me a few weeks back instead of me using a guess and check method. Well either way, I fixed it on my own. I guess it was a learning experience.

people just need to learn to NEVER delete their exploited save. It is the main safety precaution there is on their xbox.

Yeah, I have mine linked into the EvoX dash so I can switch off the mod, its handy. Now I just need to work on getting Krayzie's EEE Installer workin! (or look into Ndure)

Where do I find the gamesave folder? I think I found them, but I am not sure. Is this it?

YES! Thank goodness. Thanks for the quick response. By the way, using this softmod, (Krayzie's UXE installer), will I ever get banned from live when using it? It has been working for a long time, but will it ever get detected or anything?

live is blocked while the exploit is active. and there is currently no hd content scanning done by ms

Ok, I click remove softmod, and I get an error at the end. It says

Unable to execute command.
Item:
Action: delete

Batch process failed
The last item was: .
Action: delete

What's going on now....

I cannot switch off the softmod either, it says

Batch process failed
The last item was: .
Action: rename

Do I put this? I found this out of another thread. You said to "just make an empty folder called backup and place it in the installers directory"

Nope, I screwed myself. Now it won't stop saying I need service.

WAIT! IT LOADED SPLINTER CELL! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO

I can't load the dash. If there is no game, it will say I need service.

EDIT: ok screw it. If I can just get live to work, I will be happy. I cannot load the dash it looks like, but I still can load games. I signed on to live, but I dont have the required maps to play Halo 2 sit saays
