When Using Chimp26 What Does The 2nd Hdd

Ok i  can load chimp26 up but when i load it and i want to clone from a master to a slave what does the second harddrive which is plugged into the dvd rom drive's ide port need to be set on? Cable select i assume. Correct me if i a wrong.

set it to slave, you will know when its copying, cuz it will take some time depending what is on your ms hdd, a game/apps etc.   check out this good chimp tutorial
