If I recall, you transfer the whole UDATA folder.

FTP into your Xbox.

Go to E:/UDATA

Transfer over the folders in UDTA to UDATA on E:

From there go to the Xbox dash and transfer the saves from the HDD to the mem card.

Ok I just found out that the xbx files are for action replay.  So I downloaded action replay and tryed putting them on the memory card but action replay ether doesn't find the card or doesn't want me to use a game shark card.

Is there a way to hack action replay to let me put my exploits in?

And about usbview.exe, I think I'm going to try that method of install for the exploits to work.  Does anybody think that will work, because I'm going to try it after school. smile.gif

You need to copy them as zip files (not uncompress them), AR software then unzips them to the MC.

I have had problems using other MC's with AR, did what your doing. Well made a xbox/usb mem card and got AR to recognise it but then it used to fail half way through the copy. Just so you know there can be compatability issues.

Good luck.

Ok here is my current problem I have splintercellsave_with_evox_raincoat-ntsc.rar and splinter_cell_exploit-ntsc.rar.  I put them in C:\Program Files\Datel\ActionReplay Xbox\Saves with all the other regular saves, but they dont show up on the list in the program.

What can I do?

1.) You don't put them there, you drag the files over to the AR window.

2.) Are you trying to softmod your machine or re-flash the TSOP (bios)?

3.) The files you are using are in rar format and not zip so AR probably won't like them.

The files you are using are for flashing your bios, you will need to solder the points inside your machine to do that. If your just trying to softmod it them use and installer like Krayzies or well I shouldn't really advice which one as I don't use em.

Let me know.

OK last post before I have to leave the internet cafe, so listen up.

There are 2 ways to mod and xbox without a chip.

1.) is to re-flash the onboard chip (bios/TSOP) so it acts like a chipped xbox.

or

2.) Softmod with exploits to the xbe files wich makes it act like a chipped xbox.

If you haven't done any soldering to the machine you are trying to softmod, in which case you need to use soething like Krayzie's softmod installer etc.

If you have soldered point inside your xbox, to allow you to flash the onboard (bios) TSOP then you are using the correct files. You will be better getting hold of the basic evox game save to gain ftp access to your machine put them on you ar card. If you are doing this, there are plenty of tut's in the TSOP flashing forum. I don't think this is what you are doing as you have not mentioned anything about soldering points etc.

Well I have to go, keep updated with how you got on, I'll check in the morning. I'm in Thailand so it pretty late now and the guy wants to close his shop.

Take it easy.
