Tranfering Gamesaves Through Pc

How could i send game saves (splinter cell exploit) to my memory card using my computer and not a mod xbox??? I got the game shark usb-memory card thing but i lost the cd. where could i download drivers for it?? well just to let you guys know is that my memory card is not an original one its an I&S one. Well thanx for helping me.
