Sorry if this seems obvious to you, but I tried looking around the forum and couldn't see the exact answer I wanted so I've posted this

I have an option (read save) file for Pro evolution soccer 4 that updates all the player rosters etc. I downloaded this file from a pro evo fan site which lists the file as being a v2 maxdrive file. I never heard of this before so I did a quick google search and discovered it's a kind of usb pen. great.

Now before I have to go buy one of these, is there anyway I can use my modded xbox and transfer the option file to the hard drive?
