Okay for the slim fast version of what happened I was trying to put DVD2Xbox on my xbox and I used the Slayer Autoinstaller 2.6 and put its apps and dash on my xbox.  At the time however I didnt know how to access it and thought I had done something wrong.  I ignored it and went on ahead to install DVD2Xbox on my E:/Apps/ folder manually.  It worked, but ever since I did it my xbox can't read any of my games, even originals.  Funny thing is I think it had to be the software because when I use the MS Dash it tries to read the disk but claims it is Unregonizable.  So...

1.  I need a fix to restore the operating condition of my Samsung DVD Drive

2.  How do I format my hard drive to factory state without opening my xbox.  My warranty is still effective so I can send it in to MS but all evidence of my "activities" must be completely deleted.
