Need Help Getting Audio Hack Installer Valid

I have the Audio Hack exploit that I want to use on a friends xbox, but I cant get it into the "PC database" column in the action replay program. The save comes in a folder called "007-Deluxe-PBL 1.4 Installer", and inside of that it has a folder called "4541000d" along with a "Readme". I've used winzip to zip it up, but that didnt work, so I tried just dragging it, and that also didn't work. I've read the readme, but it contains no information that is helpful. Can you help me?

ps I have action replay v.1.20
