SO:
    i have evo x up on the screen at the moment, i wernt into system utils, then copied the default gateway as my LAN's IP, and the subnet mask to 255 255 255 0 and then i opened flashfxp, and it started to load but could not display the directory list, then when i tried it via mozilla or IE, it said PASV not implementeed

A couple things to remember...In the Ev0x menu make sure static ip is "OFF" (giving you DHCP) then make sure your ip is not still something like 192.168.0.3..


An example My info My computer's IP is 192.168.1.*** so therfore the xbox will probaly have an ip of 192.168.1.100 or 101 you get it....And if ya still have probs...Try SmartFTP...I think it works better than FlashFXP....

Might be old school here, but some simple DOS commands could help troubleshoot your connectivity issues.  It's a lost art.

If you can ping your xbox you can FTP to it.

Here's some:

ping
ipconfig
netstat
