New Xbox Need Gamesave Xploit

I have a brand new xbox ..

K:1.00.5838.01
D:1.00.5960.01

I tried a gamesave xploit already ..mechassault with evox and also tried tutu's tutorial ...everthing i tried doesnt work...i get a flipping screen or an error 21 ....I am using mechassault and I have access to my memcard ...So any point in any direction sould be of great help.....
