K guys, I have Softmodded 2 older xboxes with no problems using the Phoenix bios loader with 007 Exploit..
Now that I have done much more reading and got ahold of a few newer installers, etc. My buddy brought a newer xbox over ( The bundle version ) I believe it has the 5860 Kernel and was able to get the evox menu up and wanted to use the Auto Installer v1.0 to install all the goodies with that, problem was I would get the eject/reboot problem........
Gave up and did some more reading.........
Now I have the Complete UXE Install ( I Believe this is what I need for 5860 ) He will be bringing it back over soon.....If I am correct I should back up C And Eeprom and delete C and copy over contents of uxe-updatefonts71 or 61 and reboot........
Now my question is after I install UXE Complete can I load the Auto Installer v1.0 iso from disc and Install that?
Just need clarification if i can install that after I install UXE Complete. Seems to me after reading, UXE Complete will just install evox with the correct Bios so I do not get the eject/reboot problem, just was not sure if I could use Auto Installer after the install since it says to delete the contents of C?
Hope that makes sense, any tips or feedback is appreciated
